Great shower head, but check your water pressure
Looks great and works really well - am very happy with mine. However, please be aware that you need high water pressure for this to function properly. I've seen some reviews of people complaining that the water barely dribbles out, but that's because they don't have sufficient water pressure - not because of a fault with the product.

A nice piece of kit
It does what it says it will.
A more powerful and consistent spray that saturates incredibly quickly (compared to our previous shower head and despite our low water pressure).

A shower of ....
Ordered through 'Robert Dyas' online at a great price and delivered directly by 'Methven' very quickly. Unfortunately, that's were the good review ends.
On receipt of the shower, I was pleased with the aesthetics, but not sure if I have received a faulty product as the performance/function was not as described. Just not powerful at all! If anything, it was like like been stood outside in the cold British drizzle. Not adjustment and no blockage I could see. I really wanted to like this shower head, but it does not perform as advertised.
I contacted 'Robert Dyas' for refund/return within the 14 days under the 'Distance Selling' regulations of the UK Consumer Rights Act. But they refused to accept a return/refund, despite the shower head/packaging been in exactly the same condition as it was delivered (see photos).

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
